Featuring a dual pin-loaded weight stack system that provides dedicated resistance with true iso-lateral movements, this functional trainer is extremely effective for developing the upper body, particularly if you're looking to build strength and add size.

The FTB90 also comes with 2 x single handle attachments, great for a performing a wide variety of exercises including chest flies, single arm lateral raises, and woodchucks. The built in chin-up bar allows you to do a large variety of vertical pull movements, as well as working the core, such as leg raises and knee ups, amongst others.

The independently adjustable nature of the system offer 180 degree cable positioning for maximum flexibility when it comes to user demands, and with each stack containing 110kg, there is ample weight to keep progressing and pushing your limits, and with its 12-month warranty, in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with any of the parts you'll be covered. The frame itself is covered for life against manufacturing defects.
